It fit perfectly on my 5/8" grinder. Looks like it was made for it. It wasn't out of balance nor did it come loose. I can see if I do this a lot, I'd go through the white ones pretty fast. I bought this for cleaning some of my collections. I have a before buffing, after buffing, and close up photos of it. Came out perfect all the oxidize marks are gone.

Applied compound and wax using the wool and microfiber pads, worked well and very tough. I did purchase some additional microfiber bonnets but they came apart, was saving the SPTA and used it to complete half the boat without fail. Great Product!

I needed to polish some stainless steel work on my motorbike; heavily rusted and pitted. All "hand" methods were abject failures, and I couldn't find quality wool pads for a grinder anywhere else.
